You will have a peace of mind if you believe in God,
You will have a purpose in life, and
The purpose will be your inspiration in your work, society and family.

What are the basic goals of your religion/spiritual belief? To exist peacefully with the world around me and be in tune with it.
What task(s) do you think is/are appropriate to your goals? Honoring the God/dess with my thoughts, words, and actions.
How do you go about your task(s)? Paying attention to the rhythms of the world around me, meditation; recycling; gardening; being kind to, helpful towards, and tolerant of others; monthly and seasonal Rituals as well as daily communing.
What do you have to give up to accomplish those tasks? Being hateful, wishing ill on others, wanting revenge, some friends who think that my path is "evil", some time.
Have your accomplishments been effective in meeting the goals of your religion or spiritual belief? Yes, I think so. I feel closer to the God/dess and more at peace with myself and my place in the world.
Whether it has or has not been effective, how do you think your religion or its goals are affecting the world / people / enemy around you? (Include both positive and negative ones) On the positive side, there is more acceptance of paganism now than I think there used to be in the past - I can wear my pentacle openly without having to worry about people confronting me and calling me Devil Spawn; there are stores where I can go to get books and other information that are mainstream (Barnes & Noble has a large Pagan/Wiccan section, right next to the Christianity and Other World Religions sections); and anything that fosters tolerance towards others and dispells misconceptions is good. On the negative side, with that increased visibility I think there are some who choose to follow Wicca or Paganism for the wrong reasons (to rebel, to seem "cool", to have power over others) and they harm the public perceptions of Wicca and Paganism.
Now sum up everything you have just said to 3 different adjectives. Serene, comforting, and personal.

If your going to try to conduct a survey, why don't you just say so. Better yet, why don't you draw up a form so people don't use too many words or not enough adjectives. Your question is poorly worded and suggests that you don't care about people believing in anything. If you can't believe in something, yourself, a survey isn't going to be much help

The basic goal of my spiritual beliefs is to live in Heaven with my Father one day. I believe the tasks to help me attain my goal is to be a disciple of Christ by spreading his love, grace and compassion! I don't give up anything, I am constantly receiving more blessings. So far I have been successful in my goals by reaching out to others, spreading peace and kindness, I have gained many wonderful friends, helped people along the way and have become a blessing to those around me. Therefore, my spiritual beliefs have been joyous, beneficial and overwhelming.

Turn my life over to God,Listen to the Word,Have Faith.Learning ,Be able to tell someone about it.Talk to people, tell them of Gods goodness,Ask them if they are willing to turn there life over to God,Pray with them.Yes and NO,some people are willing, some are not.We help feed and cloth different countries and further there ministries with financial support,We pray for each other as well as with each other. The most negative is China, they are against teaching the Word to anyone in that Country,Although there are underground ministries that have to keep themselves hidden for fear of execution. We believe in Gods word and we do what it say for us to do.We help because the bible says do unto others,We teach because HE said to go forth and teach,we believe that.Sometimes it works, sometimes we are rejected but we move on.
