Anyone that says global warming is "only" part of a natural cycle is "only" partly correct. You are accurate in that there is a natural rising and falling of temperatures a few times a year, but you are mistaken if you think that the average (or long-term) temperature is staying the same. Simply put, there is a "natural cycle", but our high's are higher than ever experience in 60,000 years, and our low's are lower than ever experienced in 60,000 years.

Global warming is not a conspiracy, and it is not a hoax. There is a strong concensus in the scientific community that humans, through carbon dioxide emmissions. have influenced earth's temperature and that we must contain the temperature rise to no more than 2 degrees celsius higher than pre-industrial levels.

Killing cows will not solve the problem, because in order to eat cows, you must raise them. The cows that we raise to eat contribute to 15% of all greenhouse gasses going into the atmosphere.

Belching more will not solve the problem, becuase that is simply another way your body expells gasses.

What I really want to say is, even if you don't believe in global warming - for whatever reason - then look around you and realize that there are other environmental problems, too. If you don't want to hear anyone talk about hybrid cars, then listen to them talk about species extinction (which is higher right now than right before the dinosaurs went extinct) or poverty (half the world's population still has to collect firewood on a daily basis) or deforestation (Borneo, the world's third-largest tropical rainforest, will be a desert island in 20 years).

If you think you may be interested, but are still timid about it being exaggerated, then do a little research on your own. Flip through some environmental science textbooks or google ecology...whatever. Just do something.

Because you must admit that, to even be a cynic, you first need a planet on which to be cynical.

First of all, all the talk about global warming is a lie. Earth is going through a natural cycle which it goes through about every 26,000 years. Yes there is a lot of pollution and destruction man has caused to the earth but it is not the reason for global warming.

The best we can do for the earth is to respect it and say prayers.

Spend less electricity and plant more nature. Electricity radiates to give global warmth because of the usage, warm up to kill ozone layer of the earth.

There is another way, is we use solar energy instead of electricity if we live in a solar house, and save up electricity for further uses and global warming will stop spreading, and drive car (pollution free, there is one) can help.

Nothing, there not a global warming effect, that has been caused by man, if it's getting hotter, and I'm not convinced it is, it's just part of the normal, natural climate cycle!

I drive a 150 cc Moped. But I have to be honest it is not because of global warming, it is because of the price of gas.

I use a "reel" lawn mower--you know, the kind that doesn't use gas. We are also in the process of planning a house that can utilize a wind turbine (or windmill) instead of being on the grid.

Eat more red meat. The more cows we kill, the less methane they emit.
