Hair doesn't grow faster when you get it trimmed but if you do get regular trims your hair stays "healthy" and grows out nicely. If you don't get it trimmed you'll get split ends and they ruin the ends and cause it to break and split making it look as if its not growing. Get a trim every 6-8 weeks, depending on how you style it, like I use a blow dryer everyday and I get split ends quick so I go back every 6 weeks.

Yes it does grow faster if you trim your hair every 6 weeks. However if the person has chemicals for instance dye or relaxer it damages it even more and it actually makes the hair worse. I suggest if you want you hair to grow better is to eat a lot of protein and biotin helps hair grow! Also it helps out your skin and nails to grow too. I buy One Source from walmart. and or you can buy multivitamins for women. Plus the most important thing, you have to drink plenty of water and eat more vegetables and fruits(healthy food.)

It's not going to grow faster, but trimming it will keep the ends from drying out and breaking off. Your hair grows according to your diet, genetics, etc.

It will grow faster as your hair will be healthier on the ends and won't look all frayed and nasty. If you leave the split ends they'll just keep breaking up the hair shaft. Yeah yeah I do hair.

It may not grow faster, but it won't break off at the ends, so it'll be healthier and eventually longer than if you let the ends split.
