Yes, I believe- It is the trinity- GOD The Father + GOD The Son + GOD the Holy Spirit. That is the trinity. I believe some roman Catholics are of the same belief. It takes all kinds of people. Some just like to cause trouble or at least try. BE happy in who you are and other people be happy in who they are. You can ask all the questions you like. But, one thing for sure Jesus is still in control and sits at the right hand of the Father. God Bless.

Jesus is God

I believe Jesus is God.
1. There are manuscripts thousands of years old that contain prophecies about the Messiah, where He would be born, how He would be killed, and that He would be resurrected.

2. No propechy is less than 400 years older than the appearence of Jesus

3. Jesus was born in the place of the Messiah prohecies, killed in the manner of those prophecies, and was resurrected as the prophecies predicted.

4. There were more than 500 eyewitnesses who saw Jesus AFTER His crucifiction.

5. There are Roman and Jewish historians who note the FACT of Jesus' resurrection- Pliny the younger, Josephus, etc

6. The cowardly Apostles all were transformed into fervent believers of Jesus' divinity after the Resurrection, even his embarassed brother James. What would it take for you to actually believe that your own brother was actually God Himself? All of the Apostles were later martyred. We've heard of people dying for what they believe to be the truth. But, have you ever heard of someone willingly being tortured to death for what they know to be a lie?

Jesus Himself said that He was. Who am I, a mere creation of His, to dispute that?

He applied the name of God, "I AM," to Himself in several passages. Here's a few examples: Matthew 14:27, Mark 6:50, Mark 13:6, Luke 21:8, John 4:26, John 6:20, John 8:24, 28, 58, and John 13:19. (Some translations will show the Greek for "I AM" to be translated in the English "It is I," or "I am He," and doesn't accurately reflect was was really being said.) There are several others I have not listed.

Further, Jesus was persecuted, and later nearly stoned for saying that He was God.

"When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, "Son, your sins are forgiven." Now some scribes were sitting there, arguing among themselves, "Why does this man talk this way? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?" (Mark 2:5-7)

And you know what? They were RIGHT! No one can forgive sins, but God alone!

So again, who am I to question it?

No-one with any intelligence would believe that. Even Jesus himself wouldn't have believed it. According to the Bible which the Christians so often love to quote, Jesus only acknowledged himself to be the son of the father, not even the son of god. So as for him being god! Poo!

I am a Christian I do not. I believe Jesus is the Anointed Son of God, Lord of Lords and King of Kings, Who has the Spirit of God with out Measure, Who inherited his Fathers Kingdom.

All true Christians. see the web sites of the

Roman Catholic church, Lutheran Evangelical Church, United Methodist Churches, The Christian Churches(previously known as Churches of Christ), The 7th day Adventists, The Greek Orthodox, The American Baptist Churches, The Nazarenes, The Church of the Brethren, the Presbyterians................so many theologians cannot be wrong!

Don't ask the Jehovah's Witnesses or the Mormons(no offense but these are not christian churches)

I could have quoted from the Bible but I did that the last time this question was asked. Since you felt it necessary to ask it again I am assuming you did not think we had enough authority.

No, I believe in what the bible says. Jesus himself said that the father is greater than he is!

John 14:28 YOU heard that I said to YOU, I am going away and I am coming [back] to YOU. If YOU loved me, YOU would rejoice that I am going my way to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am.

Yes he said in John 10: 30 I and the Father are one.” But people quit reading there! It goes on to say that he was going to get stoned to death because some people thought, as some do today, that he said that he was god, but he said;

John 10:32 Jesus replied to them: “I displayed to YOU many fine works from the Father. For which of those works are YOU stoning me?” 33 The Jews answered him: “We are stoning you, not for a fine work, but for blasphemy, even because you, although being a man, make yourself a god.” 34 Jesus answered them: “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I said: “YOU are gods”’? 35 If he called ‘gods’ those against whom the word of God came, and yet the Scripture cannot be nullified, 36 do YOU say to me whom the Father sanctified and dispatched into the world, ‘You blaspheme,’ because I said, I am God’s Son? 37 If I am not doing the works of my Father, do not believe me. 38 But if I am doing them, even though YOU do not believe me, believe the works, in order that YOU may come to know and may continue knowing that the Father is in union with me and I am in union with the Father.”

There is much more biblical proof that he is Gods son and not God himself, just read the bible!

No, Jesus was a real person, whereas God is a deity. Some religious people seem to confuse the two.
