I have been using it on and off for 22 years...since my only daughter was born. It is great! In 4 days you lose 3 to 5 pounds...maybe more if you combine it with daily exercise. Only use it once a week and give yourself 3 days to eat regular food---just don't overdo it during those days or you might regain some of the weight. Don't have time to give you all the details, but breakfast every day is coffee (no sugar) and half a grapefruit. Other meals include broiled meats, eggs, fruits and vegetables. I'm sure you can find a copy online. It does not take away your energy and it truly works, but you cannot substitute any items because it works on a specific chemical breakdown. :-)
