Well 1st and foremost make sure your outside and its sunny. If this "Starker" is still staring at you, make sure the sun is beaming behind him and facing you. Then without warning you while he's still staring, you pull out a not so big yet now so small mirror and make sure its aiming at the sun as well as your private papparazzi. ;-)
