I dont know how young you are thinking, but most of my friends when I was younger, were like 15 - 17 when they lost their virginity. Some people decide to wait while others are just trying to get some. It seems there are more girls out there that like to wait a little longer because sex is not just an act it is an emotion while more guys are just trying to get a peice of ***. There are lots of people who think it is cool to have sex when they are younger and well I dont know about how often or usual that is.... however I really wonder what kind of parents they have!!

they seem to be having sex earlier than when i was a teenager.. i know many that are not very old and they do have unprotected sex...i thought i did such a horrible thing at the age of 17 and got pregnant.. i did not have any street smarts and i really believed this guy loved me.. i was raised in a strict baptist home.. and it was a disgrace to my dad a minister.. i kept my child but i left and went to live with my mother..but now a days they do not have the morals and are not taught the way i was.. they don't really care or realize that the boy is just after one thing.. and some girls are so lose with boys at an early age..i know girls , well i have heard about them that start having sex at the age of 13.. i did not even know anything about it at 17....so i do not know why they are just wanting to live faster lives and think they are enjoying there selves but they do not think of the consequences...

You should only have sex if you can afford to take care of a child 100% on your own with no help from family. If a person can do that then they're old enough to have sex.

young as in under 18 i'm assuming. I'm 17 and am a virgin but my bf and i r thinking about it. We love e/other and WE ARE resposible! I'm on the pill and we'll use a condom. So to answer ur question, yes

It all depends upon your social standing. Younger popular kids enjoy having boyfriends and usually lose their virginity by the 7th grade. More unpopular girls usually dont even have guys to their houses.

YEP! Sex is fun, worrying about it isn't, do it right and have a great time, don't do it with someone much too old for you, and don't do it without taking precautions, there is nothing more upsetting than worrying about whether you are pregnant or not. trust me.

many people, even today, choose to delay sexual relations until they are mature enough to handle all the ramifications
many people, even in these times, choose to preserve sexual relations for marriage only
don't let other people pressure you into sexual relations
