Rocket launchers are generally inefficient weapons, unless you tend to want to destroy large areas that are unarmored.

Thus, they are great as mass assault weapons against civilian targets, but tend to be effective against other military forces only when of sufficient power and accuracy.

If you "need" to take someone out, then a good sniper with a good rifle works just fine. rocket launchers. Great for large targets, but hardly efficient against an individual.
