With the information you give in your profile? It is really hard. I'll imagine only. Sorry if my imagination makes so wild guesses about you. I don't mean to be harsh.
One of your parents is from Iran. Maybe your father. You were born in one of the countries belonging to the former Yugoslavia. There (or maybe in London) you studied something related to international studies.. maybe a Master's degree. After all... you speak several languages. Now you live in the USA, but you are not an American citizen.
Your native tongue is not English. Americans normally don't type as you do. Assuming you have a Master's.. it could be, but I really doubt it. At home, when you were a child... mmm... you spoke two languages at least, so you are fluent in at least four languages: English, Farsi, another Eupoean language (Bosnian maybe? croatian? Or maybe Serbian?) and... mmm.. not Arabic, nor Turkish... but one more.
You are a muslim. Not based on your current pic to say that. After all... you are wondering why Yahoo hasn't add the option for the avatars to wear a hijab. I guess most of us wouldn't wonder about it, but musmims would.

lol sorry if it is too weird. How good was my guess? :p

First of all WHO CARES WHERE YOU FROM ! THIS WORLD IS PETTY WHEN People are so hung up on their birth nation etc. Sometimes you can tell from a (make and educated guess) profile where a person is from depending on certain traits, name etc... common knowledge type things...

NOTE that cultural diversity is great - but nationalistic fervor - should be an outdated medium... sadly no - you are an example of that...

Also note that this applies in my opinion to ALL NATIONS. Cultural practice and interest is different to nation based rhetoric.

Anyway:
I know that the words you have used are farsi - u are most probably likely to be iraninan rather than afghani - not merely because Iran has a pop. of about 60 or so mill. and Afghanistan has far fewer inhabitants - so probability would have that in my favour. Afghanis have far less access to the web as well...

Also something else that is common knowledge regarding Iranians/Persians (so as not to offend you!!!) is their arrogance - this self perpetuation of their socalled great nationalityis too obvious. Bla bla great culture - yeah over 2000 years ago - yes. get over it ! The world is not wowed - there have been amazing chinese, greek, roman, mayan, incan, egyptian etc. cultures as well - all amazing - also the persian - but stop going on about it -

DO you get off by people - knowing/not knowing where you are from ???????? Is that why you asked the question!? Sick...

SOOOO nationalistic and so racist to say the least. LOOK AT IRAN TODAY !!! Great - so people want it to be different - but the government doesnt allow the young to express themselves......FURTHERMORE IRANIANS are selfish, self-centred and their mentality is superficial - hence their status quo. Also they are trying to copy the west - but HAVE MISSED THE POINT - yes the US likes material things - the west likes material things - but we also retain a mentality of humanity that is oblivious to Iranian peoples. -regardless if they are in the west or wishing to be in the west whilst in Iran....anyway - I answered your friggin question - you are Iranian.

i'm no longer a particular nationality, yet i replaced into instructed even as my mom and father were alive that we are truly American yet have "roots" in Britain and eire............... generic "blend". My mom had family individuals from Spain, and once inawhile human beings will assume i understand the language and ask something. even as i began cleansing residences 4 years in the past, a lady's abode I went to, she struck me as strange because she reported afterawhile, "Are you Irish? I guess you're Irish, i ought to tell without put off!!!!!!!" (i replaced into wondering, ok woman!) =D besides, those are purely some confrontations I easily have had! lots of the time ppl from out of state used to inquire from me the position i replaced into from and claimed I had an accent! =0 i'm from Ca. on account that even as can we've an accent??? under no circumstances heard of that beforehand!!!!! =P

Your race may be of middle eastern descent, but you may live in the United States....If you were born in the U.S. your nationality would be American or American if you became a legal citizen. Your written English is very good, so I am assuming you're American.

I think you live in the French-speaking part of Belgium. However, your nationality, as i sensed a latin temper, is probably Spanish.

But, judging the weird variety of your questions, you probably also have some Dutch or Australian blood somewhere...

no, unless you tell me then I wouldn't know and I wouldn't even guess. a picture or profile or Q&A means nothing...the good and bad thing about the internet is that you can 'be who you want to be'

First it was guess what my name is. Now it is guess what my nationality is. Viewing other questions who have asked, it seems you are narcissistic. How about asking a question about language or linguistics.

It is easy! You have a Persian name so you must be Serbian; you are interested in learning about the Egyptian community in Canada so you must be living in England. You were suspended, therefore you must have green eyes!. . . .

Your chador and some of your qestions suggest that you are from an Islamic country. Some of the slang you use suggest you might live in england.
