This only happens since the last ZoneAlarm upgrade. These bu_todelete.rdb files, about 1.17MB in size, get created then dumped into my Norton Protected Recycle Bin, taking up my precious hard drive space. They get created almost every other minute or so. If I happen to leave the computer for a while, a sizeable chunk of hard drive space gets eaten up untiil I open the bin and delete them for good. Serious answers only please - don't tell me, "Just don't use ZoneAlarm."!!! There has to be a way around this.
