I'd say it depends on what you're looking for!
To me, Cold Stone is the best. The overall quality of the ice cream is creamier, richer, yummier. If you want a lot of flavor choices, though, and I don't mean mix-ins, then go with Baskin-Robbins (31 Flavors).
I recommend sweet cream ice cream with cookie dough at Cold Stone! :)

COLD STONE is more of a creamery and not a ice cream shop theres a difference between them

31 flovors has better ice cream. But Coldstone has this Brownie ice ceam thing that is really good. Whichever one you prefer (Ice cream or Brownie thing)
