is it called FIV, or is the vaccine for it called FVRCP?

Herpes virus, FIV and the things covered by the FVRCP are all different things.
There is a combo test for FeLV/FIV together. The vaccine, FVRCP, does not cover that at all. There is a vaccine for FIV, but the AVMA does NOT endorse it.

I have 3 cats from the same enclosure from the local animal shelter. Guess what...they all have feline herpes. The best test for me was that lysine works to control it. Three days after I started dosing them with 250 milligrams a day crushed in their food, they all stopped sneezing and the red runny eyes all cleared up. FIV is a completely different condition and much more serious.

I got clinically diagnosed with herpes (type 2) about five years ago, when I was still attending college and had a foolish one-night stand. I realize lots of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the implications for my entire life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/ncYjA everything improved.

Not only was I able to eradicate all traces of the herpes simplex virus from my system in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This method provided the chance to be happy and experience true love again. Now I hope that I can help others by sharing this story.

FIV is not feline herpes, actually is it more comparable to AIDS in humans. You can get an FIV test for your cat at the vet.

Take your cat to the vet. They can do a culture if your cat is having an outbreak.
