How do I get someone to tickle me?

I want someone to tickle me alot! how do i get them to do it without being obvious or asking them straight up?

A playful tickle attack against them is a great start.

When they retaliate, they are likely to give you a short playful attack back. At that point, ask them "Is that the best that you can do???"

When they start to tickle you, it is great to laugh loudly and tell them how much it tickles - just don't say "No" or "Stop" because they might stop. You can hurl playful insults like "my baby sister can tickle better than you can!"

Tickling first can be a good idea, but if the other person hates it then they wont tickle back and probably get mad at you.

You can still try the good old trick of raising your arms near the person, putting your bare feet on her lap, mention at any touch that you are very ticklish, you get the idea...
If the person tickles you, then you can react in a way that makes her want to keep tickling you (like expressing how vulnerable you are, or how good she is tickling you...).
