i never cheated on my diet like this, but i am wondering if i can some how eat a minibon for dinner and it be ok

Eat Ice Cubes!
Also carrots, celery...

Don't be too hard on yourself if you cheat..just don't go crazy and have alot of minibons or have one everyday...

congrats on the weightloss! =]
If it encourages you,
go take a long good look at urself in the mirror
and tell yourself you will not gain more weight because you're at a good weight right now... etc

Cheat!! Most diets have a planed cheat day. It makes the diet much easier to stick to. (ie) I work out 4 days a week Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and take the weekends off. It makes my workouts much more enjoyable and less of a job.

Remember plan your cheat meals. Don't cheat when you have a craving.

eat half of one or just have a bite dont drive yourself crazy over it I know dieting is hard but hang in there
