Look buddy you and an ugly friend need 2 go out to a hang out and meet some chicks, get a rebound that always helps with an ex. when i want a punk/goth/wigger/spanish/black/asian/white or whatever i go to the places where they hang out. Right now i want 2 screw a hott a*s goth chick with black hair and blue eyes and pale skin and big boots that go above their knees dating is fun and make sure you dont fall in love..it sucks, when they leave just say bye and thanks for the pu**y and move on. Just keep in mind that they are gonna leave even if they tell you that they will be there forever. Just dismiss that they said that and keep yourself prepared for them to leave you because they will. Plus it keeps you from heartache. Good luck and keep in mind ...they are all whores and thanks for the 10 points~!!

You answered your own question. You're depressed because you got dumped.

You might actually just be sad rather than depressed--depressed people can feel sad for no reason, and you have a reason.

It takes time to get over such things, and it's natural to feel bad, so allow yourself to feel that way. If you feel like the depression is too much, you might try herbal supplements like 5-HTP and SAM-E. They really are quite effective for lifting your mood.

In my opinion, the best way to get over being dumped is to remind yourself of what you are now free to do now that the relationship is over, and then go do it. Spend more time with your friends, pursuing your own interests, and meeting new people.

This isn't the end of your life, it's the beginning of a new life.

My 15 year marriage recently ended. Know that you aren't alone in the world of broken hearts. It's strange, but my depression hits in the afternoon also. In the early morning I feel fairly energetic and by 1 p.m. I just want to curl up and sleep. Well, good luck to the both of us. The pain will pass eventually. Like the others said, if it gets to bad or goes on too long, a course of medication should be tried.

Welcome to the world of a broken heart. It may seem the end of the world and it will last you for a while, but it won't last forever. Just take it one day at a time, and start getting busy so that you don't have so much time to think about your broken heart. If you're at a point where you cannot function, though, then get professional help, or go to grief therapy, because even if there was no death, you did suffer a loss.

Think happy, go to church read the bible, help people, give to charity, find a new girlfriend, get a hobby, get your self busy, refuse to think sad, eat chocklet, hang out with your friends, and remember someone cares and loves about you!! If all of this fail then go to a docter, or if you want to kill your selp or some one else or hurt you or someone else go to a docter. And evreyone has gone through this your not alone!

Get over it. Life sucks sometimes. It will look up when you are ready for it too. Women really know how to pack a punch in the heart, right?
