Does anyone know what could be causin this, i know i need to get him in to see someone, buit i need to know if its important enough to go to er, hes not actin like its botherin him, could it be some kinda bite, please some input and sources, ty

Sounds like the start of cellulitis. He could get it simply from a scrape or cut on his leg that got dirt & infected. I'd take him to Urgent Care or the ER pronto, regardless of what it is.

if your child is has a rash it is always important enough to seek medical advice. If you don't want to see the Dr lets face it Dr's can be expensive. see you chemist he/she will be able to see what it could be and then advice you to either to see a Dr or not

Could be lots of things because he is running a fever he should see a doc asap.

go to the doctor and see whta they say if they don't say anything put some solorkane on it if that dosen't help put some anti itch cream
