There's over 12.5 million worldwide and more live outside the US than inside. I've forgotten the actual number but my guess would be somewhere between 3.5 - 5 million in the US.
... just read another answer. So I'll amend mine to 5 - 6.25 million in the US as the numbers have gone up since 2001.

The Mormom population in the U.S. is said to be about 5 million. I have no clue how many of those would be classified as "living."

In 2001 ...5,311,000 members in the United States.
80% of the US population is Christian of which 1.5% is Mormon
(Mormons are Christians, just like Catholics)
5% are other religions
15% are No Religion/Atheist/Agnostic

I've heard about 4-5 million (and about 7-9 million worldwide)...
But I dont know if those numbers are accurate.

Believe me, TOO MANY, I am 14 and live in Utah which is where they started and there are som amany, did you know there bible says not to drink beer, Wine, coffe and not even po!!! lol, fu*k that bitches!!! lol.
