WinRAR is a type of program that compresses the files like WinZIP. To access these type of files you should have WinRAR in your computer.
Go to http://www.google.com and then type "free winrar downloads"
There you will get a bunch of links where you can find many downloads for winrar and download it.

WinRARto open the file(s) its like winzip but far more superior
