Check out this site, it is a WW forum and you can find points, recipes and support. http://www.healthdiscovery.net/forums/index.php?

I am doing it at home on my own, email me if you want.

You can buy the Weight Watcher's book at Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble, and I think even Wal-Mart.

It is an excellent resource of their points system, and breaks down every day foods into their point system as well.

If I had my book, I'd message you and share the points with you, but it got stolen when I accidentally left it at work.

It's not an expensive book...I think I paid either $14.95 or $19.95 for it, but I guess whoever stole it was just too lazy to buy one themselves. *sighs*

Best of luck!
