adkins fast easy and yea u get it just don't eat more then 15 carbs a day it might be hard at first but i lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks with out even exercising on adkins

the, dont eat bread diet!! Dont eat starchty carbs at lunch or dinner, u can have a slice of toast before bed, fill up on lean protein, chicken, beef, eggs, (no fast food) and limitless salad and veg! Eat bi yoghurt and keep fruit as an after dinner snack. Moderate excercise every day and the weight will come off!!
You will have loads more energy too. No magic cures hon!

i call it the mono diet lol in 1997 i had a hysterectomy, then gallbladder surgery i was put on paxil then as i was recoving i got mono in the hospital. the dr told me mono is airborne now i lost 80 lbs and the funny pary was i didnt even know i had it

Atkins works fast. It is not unhealthy, but you have to stick to the plan in the book! Very important.
