drink some milk to help relieve the knee tension this should help.if you are allergic to dairy products. try mixing some coffee creamer in some warm water and drink it fast' this should help.
also go to the doctor he will give you a shot to relieve the pain.
also if you knee swells up chances you have housemaids knee. the doctor will give you a shot for this too and it is painful[you will need a stick to bite] lol

If you catch in softball get some knee savers...they help alot. Also be carefull how you sit and dot squate and try not to work out to hard with you knees.

See an orthopaedist. There's definately something wrong if you haven't injured your knees at all. You should try to get seen asap.

apply ice you have been overactive and need to reduce inflammation, ice is nice 20 minutes on 20 minutes off until relief! ibuprofen will help also!

how old are you? hopefully you didn't tear a ligament or got arthritis or something. What did you do this last month to make it hurt?
