No, it's actually pretty easy. Or at least I thought so. The course generally contains a review of multiplication and division, as well as decimals, fractions, and percentages. If you've done well in your previous math classes, I'm sure you'll do just fine in pre-algebra.

Well it is necessary to really grasp algebra in the full. Algebra is a whole different way to calculate and it takes a lot of concentration to grasp the concept, but after that it is just math.

If you are good at math and taken what you needed to get to pre-algebra level you will do fine, it is just another step to take.

It was for me! But it might have been because I was lazy. But it will help you a lot for the higher math levels. As long as you pay attention in class and ask the teacher when you need help you should be fine...

Algebra is easy. I got the highest score on my case 21 test (practice state test) than everybody else in my class. Now, im in geometry class and its fun :). Homework is important so get it done.

I'm math retarted, so it was for me, but I suppose it depends on how good you are at math. I think you will be fine. If you are confused ask for help right away, the longer you wait, the more lost you will be. Good luck.

No, it is not hard. Whats hard is taking Algebra without taking Pre-Algebra first. So take it while you can!
