Yes. I don't care that over 70% of couples were friends before they became lovers- I can see why and understand it. But, I don't date friends and I never will (at least that's how I see it).

If they are both chicks then that's hot.. and worthy of an answer. It would be very unusual to become lovers with someone who was never your friend or even your enemy.

When you have a "friend" of the opposite sex, you two are just buying your time until you sleep with each other. So no its not weird, what is weird to have "friends" of the opposite sex for long amounts of time and not sleep with them.

not weird at all u know. u know why? cause i heard them urban legend stories on how these really hot women, have a couple of loser guy friends. now, some of these guys are virgins see?
so, say we call this dude "average joe". now joe is a loser virgin at 27 years young. he sits with this hot woman friend of his and they just be friends. they be close but she never saw him as date potential. but he always been there for her. as friends would do. so one day she said to him 'hey, u wanna have sex?'.
it's like a sympathy **** u know? just to let him have a taste of what its like. maybe she never would do it with him again, but by gawd, at least he's no longer a virgin! and maybe its so cool, they be doing it over and over again but still be friends! i know, thats my fantasy. but i heard this told to me a few times, and i think it be true. and i think it's the best kind of community service any hot woman can do for her loser virgin guy friend.
