Too many Christians incorrectly believe that an embryo has a soul as soon as it is conceived. This is not true. God did not give Adam a soul until he finished creating him. I believe the same for babies. The soul or spirit goes into it at the time of birth or shortly before. Abortions and stillborn babies never had a soul to begin with. That doesn't mean I believe in abortions. And I am a Christian.

There is no limbo mentioned in the Bible ... but what I know about the grace of God would lead me to believe that these embryos would go to heaven.

Limbo? Ah, I doubt it. The real question here is whether or not the embryos have souls. When does an embryo get its soul? Or does it ever get one?

Limbo is a folk tale that has been disavowed by the Catholic Church. No one knows what happens to children/embryos/fetuses/zygotes who die without baptism.

All we can do is trust in God's mercy that He will take care of them.

Here is the answer to this question from the very reliable "Ask an Apologist" forum on the Catholic Answers website:

Although we cannot know what happens to these souls, we can trust in God’s mercy and have reason to hope that they are in heaven. The Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) explains: “As regards children who have died without Baptism, the Church can only entrust them to the mercy of God, as she does in her funeral rites for them. Indeed, the great mercy of God who desires that all men should be saved, and Jesus' tenderness toward children which caused him to say: "Let the children come to me, do not hinder them," allow us to hope that there is a way of salvation for children who have died without Baptism. All the more urgent is the Church's call not to prevent little children coming to Christ through the gift of holy Baptism.” (CCC 1261)

You do realize that half the fertilized eggs are discarded by nature in the first place, don't you? Whatever destiny is theirs also applies to human driven aborted ones too.

I believe they are with God. As to them having souls:

For You formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mother’s womb.
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.
My frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.
And in Your book they all were written,
The days fashioned for me,
When as yet there were none of them. Psalm 139:13-16

They probably get reincarnated as pissed off pro-lifers. This is not a joke.

I also believe if one aborts their children, or has any hand in it medically or even politically, they stand a greater probability of being pre-born a child to suffer the agony of abortion.

There is no limbo and no Biblical basis for it. I wont say whether or not the babies go to heaven or hell thats God's job not mine.
