I think this is a poor question to ask because you will just end up with everyone competeing to convert you to their religion. You need to do research on your own -- try wikipedia. It has a lot of really great information on religions.

Totally and completely?

None of them.

Spirituality is much more important than any organized religion. Spirituality means striving to live by The Golden Rule (found in all the world's religions), serving others, taking responsibility for one's actions, and striving to have only sexual relationships with love and the rejection of lust.

There are many people who are religious but most of them are not spiritual. To be spiritual is what gets one to a paradise on the Other Side after death.

Heaven is achieved through deed, not creed.
-- Emanuel Swedenborg

Best to study a number of different faiths and glean from them whatever insight you can find. Become an independent thinker. In doing so, you forge your own path and you will find in the long run that there is no better "religion" than the Path of Experience and Wisdom.

Take the higher road of a Sage, not the lower road of a devotee. The world has many of the latter and not enough of the former.

Whichever is the most liberal of all! I guess these are christianity and budishm.

However if you want the truth I would suggest the original religions that all the new religions were affected from.

These are Zoroastrism and Mithridatism. All modern religions are based on the doctrines of these two religions
Including Islam, Christianity and Budhism

Makes more sense? All religions are "by faith" and most of them don't make sense my human standards.
Christianity is true. Any "religion" who acknowledges that Jesus is Lord and that God raised Him from the dead will be fine. Steer clear of anything that denies Jesus as Lord, and teaches that He is just a prophet or a good teacher. Be sure they teach the Scriptures correctly, and also read them for yourself and don't take Anyone's word for any of it. Read the truth so you recognize a lie.

Obviously everyone is going to tell you that their own religion makes the most sense...

And having freely admited that, I tell you that Catholicism is the religion that makes the most sense.

(Just ignore all the people that say that Christianity is not a religion. They're just splitting hairs.)

Christianity is by far the most believable and my personal religion.

-It was created through many profits and people who had intense encounters with God, not just one person.

-Many things predicted in the Bible did happen and are still happening.

-It has stood the test of time. Although it by far is not the oldest religion, it has been around a very long time.

-The God worshipped in Christianity is in a way the God to 3 of the largest religions in the world but with variations. (Christians, Muslims, Jews)

-Miracles and proof of God is still all around us despite the skeptics and prayers are sitll answered etc.

If you have any further questions don't be afraid to ask me.

The Christianity of the New Testament.

Becoming a follower of Jesus Christ is the best option from what I have seen and studied.

I used to be an atheist. Over a period of time however, I grew convinced of the existence of the Christian God, and ultimately committed my life to Christ (e.g., see http://www.godsci.org/gs/chri/testimony/seek.html ).

For a brief explanation of the gospel (of salvation through Jesus Christ), see http://www.godsci.org/gs/new/essence.html

Cordially,
John

It isnt about religion, I myself am a Christian. It is about your walk with God, just follow the bible. Dont pray to anything other then God or his son Jesus. no saints no statues or whatnot. its in the bible. The bible may have been written man, but it was thru the spirit, the bible is written so amazingly that it could not have been made by man alone, it couldnt have been imagined. it couldnt. I am a christian (in no way trying to put my religion on you) bc i feel that christianity follows the bible and just loves Jesus, my church cries for him and yearns for his touch, we do all we can to be loving toward another and follow God, not bc thats what the bible says, but bc we truly love Jesus, we are in love with his love. And we want to spend the rest of our lives with Him.
