Are you curious about that person, and his likes and dislikes, then ask him those questions. When he answers, you will have started a conversation and found out a lot more about him too.
And he'll ask you questions back. You have been talking most of your life, it's not hard, it's just a bit of give and take.
Don't think of them as cute guys, just someone to get to know better. Don't expect too much, but the more you do it, the easier it will become.
You didn't learn to bicycle in one short trip, but after a few times out.It's the same with any social skill, keep practicing, and you will soon get the hang of it.

Its important to be relaxed. You are not the only one to have this problem. Talk about the first thing that comes to mind. You like his shirt or tell him that you think he is cute. Ask him what he likes to do on his spare time. Ask him if he would be interested in getting together sometime. Do a sport that you are both interested in or movies. Find out what he thinks is funny and work with that. Its really just about getting to know their interests so try not to worry too much.

Just talk to them. Most guys arn't like guys you see in those stupid Junior High movies. People are naturally going to be nice to some one when they first meet them. So just say hi whenever you see him, or just talk to him. It's really easy once you break the ice and say "hi, how are you?" It's the same for guys. There nervous to talk to girls.

Look guys will talk to try to impress you. So if you like them, just say something relating to what they are saying. Life fr'instance: "Oh hmmmm, baseball sounds like such a complicated game, how do you big strong men remember all that stuff?" and he will be yours forever. But never let on that he secretly bores you.

Don't be afraid of talking to them, they're human just like you are. Guys are a lot shyer than girls. I know this boy that I like. I get shy talking to him, but he's even more shy talking to me. You have to say something even if you think you'll die afterwards and you won't. Get over it, I had to and it's so much more fun. Just slowly start a conversation, say "Hi" or join a conversation. They won't bite.

trust me when i say guys love it when girls talk to them. It saves them the trouble of finding something to say. Do a lil research on him. Find something that interests him, and bring it up in a convo. It'll work.

Try, "Hi!"
Let them know that you are WILLING to talk with him. Make yourself VERY APPROACHABLE. If you come across as too "important" for him, he may not bite.
Wave a little if he looks at you, as if you're saying, "Hey, good to see you." (Not like, "Oh my God, I can't wait for you to talk to me!")
Make friends with his guy friends. Be VERY COOL WITH ALL OF HIS FRIENDS, DORKS OR NOT.
While you're at it, just be cool with everyone and you'll be safe all the way around.
