This guy need to get real as he have a Girlfriend and want to have you on the side. You have a little crush on him, so in the end you two will decide were to go from there.
Just ask your self this question. Say he is having no serious trouble with his girlfriend and you were the girlfriend. Would you like to know that some one else had a crush on him and are likely to cheat ?
Put your self in his girlfriend's shoes and go from there and decide as well. I can't tell you what to do as you alone hold the key to decide for your self.

He is a stupid imbecile bcauseh e really shouldn't be saying that when he has a girlfriend. He doesn't have decency. He is disrespecting his girl and you and is testing your boundaries. Tell him you aren't interested. When you are with him, how do you know he won't do that to you either. Not worth it!
