I exercise and I know breakfast is important, just don't know what I should eat...

1 dozen raw eggs mixed into a big bowl of your favorite cereal. worked for me only took a week to lose the weight

after the first bite you run to the bathroom and be sick. or if you get a few bites then you are in the crapper all day

seriously have a half of a grapefuit with a piece of toast

Have some protein, so that you stay full longer and have energy. Oatmeal with peanut butter or protein powder, plus a banana is a great breakfast. Another is an egg white omelet with some turkey bacon and a slice of whole grain toast. If you're going to have cereal, try it with yogurt instead of milk.

one cup of prepared oatmeal, (not instant but old fashioned rolled oats) or any whole grain cold cereal, add 1/2 cup fresh fruit and a glass of milk. Add an egg or other source of protein. The complex carbs stick with you and keep up your metabolism. A steady metabolism is ideal in weight loss programs, the starve and binge diets only muck it up and your body stores fats to carry it through the starvation periods.

Have a bowl of cereal! Use the recommended serving ON THE BOX. If it says 1/2 cup, have ONLY a 1/2 cup, etc.

Breakfast is not the real issue. Stop dairy prods after 1pm(given that your day is normal hours) and do not eat anything 4 hours prior to bedtime.

A good high fiber cereal and some juice would prob. be best. Tho I have heard that eatting a egg and toast will keep you full longer.

2 egg omelet full of veggies and low fat cheese.
Put hot sauce on top for lots of zing.
Use 1 egg and 1 egg white. If you work out in morning have some carbs with it.

If you want to lose 15 pounds in a day.... then sorry, even if you starve yourself you can't do it.

A fruit salad and yogurt. Or oatmeal (my secret) with a little fresh fruit in it.
