Fur real. I swear, religious people are so ignorant... All this war over gods and beliefs. Who cares what your neighbor worships or whose right? Don't push your beliefs on other people. That should be a law...

More wars because of the land's religious significance + some religious people think the land is theirs and only theirs

As a Palestinian, I know that the major conflicts in the region was religion-driven: The Crusades and the declaration of the state of Israel. What people in the West don't know is that Islam, Christianity and Judaism were practiced and coexistent for centuries with no problems and no ghettos until Israel came to existence and people were expelled from their homes so that Jews from all over the world took hold of their properties. This is unfair, and religious people should be fair and just.. unless of course they think they're God's chosen people and therefore treat others (gentiles?!) as second degree humans, if humans at all!

Not a "coincidence" at all. In the Bible it says there will be wars and rumors of war and not to fear or worry.
The Holy land has not finished their fight from long time ago and that is why it goes on. It is not a coincidence and I am not so called "religious" I am just into Jesus. May God watch over you. And may we pray for all in the wars in the Holy land.

I can tell by the way you worded your question, you are trying to start an argument. This not news to we Christians. There has been fighting in the Holy Land since time immemorial. You will have to come up with something other than that to get a ruckus going.

They have been fighting since Abraham was in the land. Each of Abrahams sons thought they deserved the land and there offspring each tried to say that the land belonged to their family a.k.a. Muslims and Jews. I hope you can understand that, i don't think i worded it very well.

And if your fed up with religious stuff then quit reading the religious section.

If it isn't holy land, then why is there so much war over it?

The Muslim people are also children of Abraham through Hagar, so they are claiming the same birthright as the Jews. I don't know what is the answer to solve it.

No it is not co-incidence. It is God directed. He is in control and will stay in control till it is all over.
