Go with the salt and pepper look. Much more mature and suave. Dying it just makes you someone you're not....go natural!!

Salt & Pepper looks more mature and as many people have said.. if you can work it, it's damn sexy. Jon Stewart, George Clooney, and Pierce Brosnan (although he's not 100% salt & pepper) are good examples of men who've started to gray. Stick with whichever one makes you feel the most comfortable.

In my opinion i would say don't do it unless you are dark and want blonde tints.
Another reason not to dye ya hair is it weakens it with the stress it goes through, and seen as guys generally have less hair than girls any way it's probably a bad idea.
