If you are seeking answers because you have doubts then I can give you a simple one! The reason you have doubts is because you base your soul on a religion that is not real.

It is scientific fact that the bible was made up out of collection of books by a roman emporer 300 years after the birth of jesus because the roman empire was growing so large that they were beginning to loose control over the outer regions of it. In order to regain control they made it illegal to be of any other religion and killed anyone who refused to convert to catholic. It was at this time Constinteine made the bible keeping only the parts the suited him out of the many thousands of books available on religion at the time.

Now consider this fact, given that the bible is a man made book, and the religion a man made religion bent on control and power, It is also fair to say that any religion based on it is also false. This includes religions like the muslim, protestant, hari-krishna, johava witness, and so on. It is also a fact that the catholic religion itself is based heavily on the buddist religion. However it was greatly simplified for the purposes of control and power.

It stands to reason therefore, that if you have doubts about your religion and your soul, it is only because your soul is really beginning to awaken. Research your religion, ask questions, feed your soul. God, at least the one I choose to beleive in, does not want us to beleive in him with blind faith. Like a true father, he wants us to learn and expand ourselves. The only way we can do that is to ask questions, we are not doubting god by doing this, no mre than we would be doubting a teacher when we ask them questions. God would understand that you are asking only because you want to know more.

Did it not say somewhere in that bible of yours that this god was all forgiving! Yet he says things like eternal judgment, Depart from me if you know iniquity, all that junk. It does not sound like the catholic god you know is very forgiving at all. Would a father give the worst punishment he knows to a child who done wrong, why then would a god punish us (his children) so harshly if we do wrong. When we do wrong are we not learning, just like a child!

For the record, all the gospels of god, really cant be "Gospels of GOD". Considering there are over 30 such gospels and many other books not included in the bible. However, weather you beleive these gospels and books to be true or not is irrelevant, what you cannot deny is the fact that ALL gospels were written long after Jesus and the apostles died. Therefore they cannot be gospels of god, but mere gospels of man supposedly taken to be understood as gods word!

You must remember that the bible must not be read in the context of todays world. It was written for a world over 1500 years old. Cultures and ideals were very different back then. Consider two things, how much has the world changed in just the last 50 years, and ask yourself the question that if you multiply that 50 by 30 (to give 1500) then you really see how much the world has changed since that time. Also you must ask how different is the culture of that part of the world, form the part of the world back then where you are living. Even today we dont have to travel very far to see different cultures where diffeent words, signs and body languages mean very different things.

But the biggest difference of all the what Jesus was trying to say. His real message. Which I beleive was that we are all equal. That is, we are all equal to Jesus himself. Jesus viewed himself only as a messenger of the word of god, but the message was much more profound, the message was that we should have the blind faith to beleive that he is the son of god. And simple logic should thell you the profound message, if we are all equal to Jesus, and he is the son of god, then we are all sons of god, and we must beleive that with blind faith too if we ever wish to truly know god!

There are many things to learn about your soul, if you beleive you have one. if not then you must understand and support your reasons for that too, which in itself requires learning. Psychology would give better answers than most religion to such doubts!

Jesus and God are the same entity. We will all be judged by God.

Matthew 7:22-23 is warning of false prophets. He's speaking to the fact that you are saved by grace and not by works. You can judge if someone is saved by their fruit or works. Specifically, Jesus is speaking of people with good works but no faith. Some will be doing good work, but have never known Jesus.

I just love your point. Nowadays this is the most important thing to have imn mind and stop all the hypocresy and hate ... probably no preacher is more right than another if the claim salvation for themselves or their "jesus" Jesus Christ was real he had no room for interpratations and twists if you preach segregation , war , intolerance in God name your wrong. St. paul who never knew Jesus in person and probably either in vision was the first to twist the word to his advantage in prder to introduce it into rome which was considered an abomination for the other big apostles Peter and John... right now there are thousand of people donig the same twisting the word in order to sell it.
I just like to remember the door is narrow Jesus prophesied it so in his own words and recall the hardest sin to defeat is pride

This verse is clearly speaking about people who are turned away, yet they did many wonderful things and claimed them for Jesus. Who are these people? I believe it is easy to see that these are religious people. They are people that go to church, but don't have a relationship with Jesus.

This reminds me of a story, my former pastor told me. His father taught Sunday School for 30 years, was in the choir, was a deacon, and yet just shortly before he died, my pastor led Him to the Lord. You see, he was doing all these things for religion sake. Not because he had a relationship with Jesus. He had a "religion" not a relationship.

I also believe this verse is speaking about those that are in the limelight, yet are decievers. I am not going to name names, as I am not going to flame anyone, but out of those that claim that they are chrisitans, there is a small group that claims to prophesy, cast out demons, and do many mighty works.Keep in mind, I am not speaking of a denomination, but individuals. I am not saying they are all bad, but there have been several that have had false prophesies, and yet they are still doing what they are doing. They are getting all the glory not God, and a lot of times you never hear Jesus mentioned.

George Barna did a survey once around the U.S. asking people if they were Christian. The results from people's responses was 98% of America was Christian by their own admission. If this is so, and they stand on the Bible then why is America in the shape it is? He did another study on basic biblical principles from the same people, and the statistic came out like 6% for sure were saved out of 90% that said they were.

The survey was basic things, like, is Jesus God. Did Jesus die for our sins? Things like that. It was astounding. It's clear that those that are turned away are those that "play church".

Is it our right to go around and start questioning others salvation? absolutely not. As the Body of Christ, I know I need to be salt and light, and even give counsel to those that are weaker than me and seek counsel from those that are stronger than me

In closing, I have heard pastors say about when we get to heaven, I think we are gonna be suprised by who is there and who isn't.

Because they are fakes, they are wolfs that have come in sheep covering!Take a look at the churches, they are raping their own children, accepting things that god said he hates. they are like the people of Jesus day sayers of the law and not doers. It's all about money and power for the rich man. Remember Jesus said they would come with sheep covering and they will be wolves underneath, Some religions has even wrote their own bibles,Jehovahs witnesses has!!

And your point is????

Those who are of The Church, of which Jesus The Christ is The Head, will indeed be judged by Jesus... But it is not to determn if our sins have been forgiven and whether or not we get into heaven...that is a done deal... it is to determon what rewards we will receive in Heaven...

As you are so clearly good at finding bible verses...I am sure you can find those that show this...Unless of course you got yours from one of many sites that list those you cite for use by those who like to think they can "prove" The Christian Faith wrong

I got my proof directrly from God... not from any website or book... aint go'na change my mind on that.

Satan knows the scriptures and knows his days are numbered. These are those who knew the Lord and then one day said there is no God I will live my life the way I want. Then when the day of judgment comes they will say hey wait didn't I serve you. Yes God will put His house in order first. That is the reason we are to walk in faith and follow the examples that Jesus gave us.

We will either by judged righteous through Jesus' blood over our sins or, we will be judged unrighteous by our own doing. I dont think I understand what point you are attempting to make.

This doesn't sound like a question. We as Christians should take our salvation seriously and try to live by the bible.
