The best straightner is a CHI its expensive but if you go on EBAY you can get it really cheap that's where i got mine. And i love it i have thick wavy hair and with any other straightner it takes me 1 hour but with a CHI it only takes 15 min. Hope this helps!

I too have very curly hair and, what I have found that works out the best is actually a dryer like the hair salon has (you can get them all over places like Sally Beauty Supplies ...) and use the straighten balm - I typically will use John Freida's Simply Sleek - straightening balm or the Matrix line Sleek Look when really very poslished and straight.

Good luck @

I asked about this too... to tell you the truth I used to use "Glatt" for almost 7 years... it did the job perfectly and my hair was straight for almost 7 months per application (I have very curly hair). The problem is that it does make the hair fall big time if your hair is weak.

The answers I got for my question about a formula that straightens but DOESNT make the hair fall was "Easy Straight" and a Japanese Hair staightener formula...

I hope that was useful

Just go to Sally's Hair Supply. They will help you get something quality without paying to much and get a spray for your hair so the straightner doesn't hurt yoiur hair.

The Chi Turbo or the Chi Ceramic Flat Iron works great. It's what they use at hair salons, a bit pricy, but always great results.... Also, comes in different sizes, pick the one best for you depending on your hair length. Try buying it online, you'll get a better deal!

Ceramic straighteners work best. Best brands vary by country, but it's worth investing a bit for this to see a huge difference!
