My brother went thru this with his exwife....she was the one partying but with drugs. He kept a log of everything that was happening. When he had sufficient evidence, he took her back to court and won full custody of his 2 children.
So my advice would be to do the same thing he did. Write down everything dates, times, every detail, leave out nothing. Then give it to your lawyer and let him handle it.

You've got to talk to her father before you make any decisions. If you've got a court order that says that he has visitation, then I don't think that you can stop them just because of what your daughter told you.
Talk to him about the week-end and what went on. You're only getting one side of the story, and it is from a 6 year old.

I would contact the Department of Social Services and make a police report. You have to let her go with him until there is legal paperwork stating otherwise. Do not hesitate, do it as soon as you can. This is not a healthy enviornment for a 6 year old child.

Remind your ex-husband the visiting rules. Implement these rules with utmost care. Or else you can contest the validity of the joint custody.

Sounds like a bad idea. Do you want her to grow up thinking that that is how normal, responsible adults behave? Your choice, but think about it. Even if she's too young to understand what's going on, she will always remember.....

yeah i think you should let her still go over her fathers house b/c there are 2 many children out here who don;t kno who there father is but just confront him about the problem and make sure it never happens again and it happens again just make sure she just visits and doesn't sleep at him house

You can't deny him visitation only a judge can do that you need to talk to your lawyer to see what can be done.

discuss with her father that it is inappropriate for her to be around that environment and you don't appreciate it.... if he doesn't respond well threaten to go /actually go to court and file for sole custody as a result of his lack of responsibility/bad parenting..... GOOD LUCK!
