Nope, they weren't born, so they couldn't have. Interestingly enough, many portrayals of Adam and Eve in art include bellybuttons (such as Michelangelo's painting in the Sistine Chapel), which is incorrect. No umbilical cord, no bellybutton. This is all of course assuming you even believe in Adam and Eve.
