i think boys should do that not girls, i dont know i just think its weired to do it the other way around.

Mostly Boys only propose to girl at some time girls also propose..
I think the best way is through mobile only bcz if u tell directly some time they feel something,
if u use someone friends means there also some problem will occur
in mobile also u cant tell directly, first tell the love symbolicly,,after some time talk tell the love ( I LOVE YOU )
