As Christians we are set free to Worship God!

The Bible is God's Word to us and thereby we know the TRUTH! We need to be in His Word daily.
Prayer is another way that we can worship God! The Bible says when we do not know how to pray the Spirit of God is interceding for us!
If we stay in the Word and Pray we will not have any trouble worshipping God in Spirit and in Truth!

The spirit or the soul of man, as influenced by the Holy Spirit, must worship God, and have communion with him. Spiritual affections, as shown in fervent prayers, supplications, and thanksgivings, form the worship of an upright heart, in which God delights and is glorified.

You know how we sometimes go to church and just sing the songs without really knowing what we're saying, and then we listen to the sermon, but we're really paying more attention to the fly crawling on the shoulder of the person in front of us... that's when we're not worshiping in spirit. To worship in spirit means a wholehearted yearning to delight God. It means we really want to do what He commands.

To worship in truth means we read His Word to find out what God wants out of our worship, not what humans have decided would make good worship. God is truth, and His Word is truth.

In sincerity rather than ceremony or ritual that might be bereft of sincerity.

In humility.

In perseverance.

By our lives and our daily actions (not just by pretending to be Christian on Sundays at church)... no offense meant.

Cordially,
John
