Most of them are. (Note that many of them may have been used during the Civil War but may not have been in the battle that that particular park commemorates.)

At the Vicksburg, MS Civil War park, the cannons are real as are the trenches dug and ridges built.

Very neat park and worth the 30-45 minute drive through if ever passing through.
