Wow, my secret is out. Yes peanut butter and dill pickle sandwiches are to die for! I mean you'vd got this texture thing going on in your mouth when you eat them. There's the grain of the bread, and the sticky peanut butter and then the dill pickle comes into play and moistens your mouth so that the peanut butter doesn't stick to the roof of your mouth. Oh, the blending of the flavors. Gonna go have one now.
It's funny, but my mom ate these when she was pregnant with me. And, of course, I love them. Been eating them since I was a kid.

Oh yes they are make sure you use dill pickles sliced thin.
I started eating these in 1978

i dont like it, but I do like thinnly sliced green granny smith apples in peanut butter. its yummy and healthy!
Peanuts butter and banana sandwiches are ok,
