The longest i have went without sex was 2 years and that was by choice and chance my husband and I separated and while I was sitting around trying to figure out what was going on with us he had moved in with another woman finally i started dating but i decided that i didn't want to be in a sexual relationship until i felt i was ready again.

My first stint without sex lasted 17 years. Well actually 16 and a half. Then the longest time without sex was for 6 months and it was by chance and choice. By chance I had not met anyone new that was special to me and by choice I did not want to do anything or rather anybody that I already knew.

A year, and a combination of both. Took a long time to get over a break up, and the feeling of not wanting to get back into the dating scene again.
It was difficult at first, but you get used to it, like anything else. I just hope, that length of time, doesn't happen again, :)

i have been sustaining 4 fifteen years...................... which is all my life, and it is by 90% choice,so u can figure out where the next percentage went.
