Well you can't make a guy like you, or ask you out......If you really like him you should ask him out....I don't see anything wrong with that, now everyone does anything they want! Just ask him if he would like to hang out once in a while, if he says cool, then perfect, if not......then don't be disappointed at least you tried and you won't always wonder!!! Good Luck

First off don't be all over him ... entice him to come to you.. smile smile when you see him, wear clothes that make you feel good in, be interested in what he does and his words ..try some of his hobbies with him as a friend first, which is the most important.. being a friend first,
but seeing how you want him more than just a friend start dropping hints, like touching his arm while you talk to him, complimenting him on just one thing when you see him.. flirt as much as you feel comfortable..
believe me unless he is super shy.. or not interested in you, you will find that he will pick up on your designs for him.

Well in the wording of your question, you can't "get a guy" to do anything. He will either want to go out with you or not. If it is meant to happen, make your presence known, If he notices you and asks you out, great, but if he ignores you completely, he ain't interested and won't be interested anytime soon.

Being a Psych major i can guarantee you that you can't get anyone to like you. When you meet a new person you either like him or not and that happens within a few seconds or minutes. He either likes you or not, there is no way for you to "steal" his heart if he doesn't already like you. But if he already likes you then you can encourage him to ask you out.

You can't get anyone to do anything you want. Try to find out if he has interest in you. Then go from there.
