I know that in a ton of indian languages it's Namaste, in american sign language you just wave and smile XD. (for real) German is hallo, hebrew is shalom, Salve is latin (but the v is pronounced like a w)

yay for diversity!

Asalaam Alaikom Wa Rahmatalah Wa Barakatoh (Hi, and Peace and Blessings from God be upon you),
or just shorten it to Asalaam Alaikom (Hi, and Peace be upon you)
Salaam (Hi, and also means peace),
Ahlan,
Marhaba

Those are all in Arabic, so you can say "Hi" more than 1 way in Arabic.
