Try not being embrassed by it. Make jokes about it; walk around and boast. Be proud to say, "Yeah that was me. Jealous?" Or "Hey honey, you know how comfortable I am around you?" and bam, let it rip. She'll be all over you. Trust me. If people start fleeing, or your friends and family disperse before you and stop inviting you to functions and gatherings, don't be offended; they're just upset that they can't "bring on da noise, bring on da funk" as well as you can.

GasX
Or when you do have gas, try to make a list of food you eat and see if the same foods you eat bring up the problem of gas. I know for me milk is a big contributor to gas, so I usually stay home when I do drink milk, LOL!
So, if you notice a pattern that this certain food always gets you gasy, try to not eat it and if you do, stay at home till the gas problem goes away. Or just take that GasX before or after eating, however it says to do on the instructions. Or just go the doctors and see if there is anything they can give you for that problem.

Maybe you're just full of air, and it has to get out somewhere, LOL!

If you're in the habit of eating dried beans that are then cooked, it is a good idea to soak the dry beans in water for a few hours, then pour the water out before you cook them. It helps to remove the natural gas in the beans.

Another thing you can try is a product called Beano, which is found in most grocery stores, drug stores, etc. It is a natural product, not a chemical, and you take it before eating.

Just call your doctor and ask. Don't be embarassed.....they've heard it all before. Besides....maybe there is a true underlying medical reason that you have this problem. You would want to rule anything like that out. If nothing serious is causing this, then your doctor can probably prescribe you something more effective than over-the-counter medicine to help.

Bottom line.....ask your doctor. Good luck.
