Is this currently happening? If so, call 911 immediately! Meanwhile, roll your friend over to his/her side so the vomit doesn't go into his/her lungs.
Does your friend have a history of alcohol or drug consumption? Has he/she been drinking? Has he or she recently hit their head?
Does your friend have a history of seizure disorder or diabetes?
Meanwhile, while you are waiting for the paramedics, it might be a good idea to make sure your friend is breathing? Is his/her chest rising and falling?
If your friend has been drinking alcohol, they might have suffered alcohol poisoning! Again, it is super important to call 911 if your friend is unconscious and vomiting.

Call for help 911 now, Stay with her and watch her closely while help is on the way. Keep her on her side so doesn't choke. They will keep you on the line till help gets there. When help gets there call her family and let them know what's happened.

Roll them on their side, clean out their mouth, call 911 and arrange an intervention before he ends up dead.

Turn their head to the side to prevent aspiration, make sure they are breathing and call 911.

Get him to lie on his side so he doesn't choke on his vomit; then call 911 ASAP!

Get him some help, don't let him lie down and throw up. If it seems to much to handle, call 911.

Make sure you get him/her into the coma position ( on their side, lower arm above head) so they don't pull a Bon Scott
