What are these, they are bumps, like acne, they pop up on lower abdomen and lower back and they don't go away. They look just like pimples but no head on them and they never pop.

It could be acne or a follicle infection. Dont try to pop them, as I did one time and I got gangreen !!! ( I was in hospital a week undergoing surgery which removed a large chunk of my skin) For me, taking oral steroids like birth control or spironolactone eliminated any further occurances, especially spironolactone, because it greatly reduces the oil surrounding the follicle.

They could be several things. First, dermatitis, a type of allergic reaction to soaps or cloathing. Second, folliculitis, a type of infection that needs to be treated. Third- an exanthem, which is a rash that occurs after a viral infection. I would recommend you see your doctor to get apporpriate therapy as these are only the tip of the iceberg.

I think this is a folliculitis, which is an infection of the hair follicles. Go to google or something to find out more info. I have suffered from this condition for several years now and it is very hard to treat.

I have never heard of acne on someones stomach but I have heard of it on their back. It could be a rash.
