Green and Blacks organic dark chocolate (as Kezzy says above)
it hits the spot, from the bite of sweet chocolate to the satisfying dry cocoa taste with each mouthful. Unsynthesisable (is that a word?)

I like Lindt dark chocolate because it tastes good and is good for you. I usually buy the 75% cocoa bars at Smiths Supermarkets but I found this website that you can order the chocolate online. You have to aquire a taste for this chocolate as it may be too rich tasting at first to you. Enjoy!!!

I personally like Bournville candy bars (UK).

They are a deeply intense dark-style chocolate that is also creamy and satisfying. (A 70% is too dark.)

Hershey's Special Dark were great when I was growing up in the States. But on the downside, they were not quite intense enough and have a grainy mouth-feel as compared to Bournville that was also a turn off.

Cheers

Leonitas (from Belgian)

Belgium has the highest standards for chocolate of any place in the world. They require a higher percentage of coco-butter and cocoa for making chocolate. Many chocolates are bland, grainy and waxy compared to those of Belgium.

Send me the options and I'll let you know.

It depends on what you are gauging the decision on. Taste, quality, etc...

High street chocolate I prefer Cadburys
High grade chocolate you have Green & Blacks organic.
Then you have hand produced chocolate which cannot be beaten.

My personal favorite is Dove dark chocolate. I also like brands of chocolate that are "fair trade."

Any European chocolate company beats Nestle's hands down. Lindt is one of the best! They are so creamy and decadent .... you can get spoiled that way!
