well are you? some women like perverted guys (teens that is) it just depends on who their type is. ie. if you saw a really hot girl winking at you, you might get all jumpy (if you know what i mean)and want her to keep doing what she is doing, but if you saw someone that you weren't as interested winking at you you would think she was crazy right? so i hope this kind of gives you and idea

It can be creepy....depending if your cute or not. If your cute then they will intrigued but say they are "perv'ed out". If your not cute then they will just be creeped out. Sorry it's just the way it works.
