The one where you move around and get your heart rate up. Also, the excercise of self control when making dietary choices. There is no excercise to target a specific fat area like that. Fat is not like muscles, where the more you work out a certain area, the stronger it gets. Fat just accumulates and dissipates according to your diet and activity level. Where the fat goes and comes off first depends on your genetic pre-disposition.

one of the most common misconceptions in "dieting" is that you can actually target site-specific weight loss. This is completely untrue......The ONLY way to lose fat is do AEROBIC EXERCISE. Get that Heart Rate up at least 30min/day, 3-5 times/week.
People deposit fat differently (based on age, sex, genetics). For example women tend to accumulate fat more in their hips & things, whereas men in their abdominal area. Its just the way we are designed.
One thing that can help is to do core-strengthening exercises (particularily in the back area), so that when some of the fat starts to come off, you will at least see more tone in the muscles underneath....
Good luck!
