Also through my studies don't you say it is because we worship satan. We don't. Satanism is the only religion I know that claims to worship satan and that technically a division of Christianity since no Pagan,Wiccan, or New Ager believes in him.

I used to be pagan, wiccan. I do not hate you. I have some very dear friends who are pagan. I did find the love of God and I converted to Christianity. When I was pagan, life splattered me all over the pavement, and I searched in vain for something to fill the hole in my life. A loving God found me and filled that hole, and I am happier and more successful than I have ever been! However, I agree that people can be severely judgemental. Just because you don't have the Light that I've been given, doesn't mean that I can hate you.
Jesus taught that the greatest commandment is to love God with all of our hearts, souls, and minds. His second greatest commandment is to love each other as we do ourselves. The golden rule falls into play here.
It is sad that Christians do not follow these commandments of Jesus. However, there have been many pagans, wiccans, vampires, etc on Yahoo Answers who have been very ugly to Christians, myself included. I do believe that this violates the Wiccan code which states "An it harm none, do as you will." Some of the pagans on here are very hurtful.
If you feel that you are missing something in your life, or you just want to know more, contact me. I'll be happy to share my story with you.

Because they think pagans/wiccans/new agers all worship satan and are plotting to destroy all the good christian values of the world. Seriously, there are people that think that way.

i don't hate them at all. people often hate things that are different and unknown to them. iam a Christan however I think people have the right to follow and believe what they want to and I do not have the right to judge any one who does not follow my religion. people need to keep an open mind on different religions and learn more about them before they condom them. That's what is so great about free will and having a mind of our own. If your religion makes you as happy as it makes me then it really does not matter what anyone else thinks. if they are Christians then they will not hate you for not following their path. To each it's own. My god preaches love faith and forgiveness and I try to do the same.

I am a Christian.
I don't know very any pagans personally, just some I talk to on Yahoo. They seem pretty cool, mostly.
I have one very dear friend who is a Wiccan. She and I are as close as sisters. Again, I get along pretty well with Wiccans I talk to online.
New Agers scare me. They seem pretty weird.

Since what they believe is not a "true religion" (whatever that means), they open the door for all this vitriol and hatred.
Personally, I have no problems with pagans, wiccans or new agers.
The ones that give me the problems are Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses.

Some closed minded people hate whatever the bible tells them to. Keep in mind, most Christians believe they should love everyone, and god is the only one that can and should judge anyone.
You have to have a strong stomach, & thick skin to deal with the closed minded Neanderthal section.
It’s fun to make people think about why they don’t like you (besides a book telling them not to.)

The God of Wicca is Pan or the Horned Goad or the Goat(goat of Mendes) Baphomet. In rock concerts they use the horned hand gesture in reference to the horned God ie anarchy or rebel against christianity.
During the rise of Christianity, a depiction of Satan as a horned and hoofed goat-like monster holding a trident, adopted from Greek Pan, became popular. By adopting the image of the Horned God and transforming it into an image of the Devil, the Christian church implied that paganism was evil. The similarity does not extend beyond the image, of course; while Judeo-Christian Satan is described as a fallen angel and essentially evil, the pagan Horned God is believed to be a force of nature, neither entirely benevolent nor entirely malevolent: In his role as Father, he is said to give life, but in his role as Hunter, he is also said to take life. Positive aspects of the Horned God are re-attributed to Satan by the Church of Satan and similar branches of modern Satanism.

Because as far as their knowledge is concerned there is only God and Satan, and if they believe we are following a different 'God' other than theirs then it must be Satan. (Since it can only be one or the other!) Too bad they haven't researched or thought hard enough to realize that Pagans do believe in God -- even the same one. We just don't follow the bible, that we believe God is both and male and female and we only separate God into two beings (a God and Goddess) for the ease of personally relating to him/her. *sigh* Oh, well.

i do no longer hate them, so there is going the finished question. ok, in all fairness i've got purely heard some songs and that i'm a Guitar Hero participant so i like the track reason this is between the extra stable ones to play and makes me look sturdy. Guitar Hero needs to get some extra Anthrax, Crue, Skid Row, Gunners in there... do away with the garbage. as nicely this is Guitar hero... the place is Yngwie? Rant over... i do no longer hate Dragonforce.

I will do my best to answer your question. I am an avid Christian. I do not hate you. I pray for you and your salvation. I believe my Faith above all else as probably do you. My faith tells me there is but one way to the truth and everlasting life. Jesus Christ. My bible tell me that you are hot or cold, you are with Jesus or you are not. Whether you believe in satan or not, you do believe in evil spirits. Any thing not belonging to Jesus Christ is not of him there fore must be satans. Now don't misunderstand me, I am not calling you evil, The devil does not attack things that are already his. You don't have to be evil to be his, you must merely be an unbeliever. Again, I do not like your religion, but I do not hate you. I pray for your salvation out of love, not hate. Below are some bible verses in the old testiment. They did not like wican, witches, astroligist or anything not Christian.
I hope this is the explanation you are looking for.
