I have met people with incredibly ticklish belly buttons and I have met people who’s belly buttons are not ticklish at all. Mine is only a little ticklish.
But why limit it to the bellybutton? I have met several people who are not ticklish on their feet or stomach but they are ticklish on their neck.
Different people are ticklish in different places and there is no real rhyme or reason for it. In some cases they were never ticklish in that particular place, in some cases they were tickled so frequently in that place that they developed a tolerance and in some cases they have just learned how to handle tickling anywhere on their body so it doesn’t tickle enough to laugh.
