Since you specifically asked about GNC, I would have to say that they work as well as any other vitamin brand on the market. The brand name does not make them any better but perhaps they make them more expensive. My doctor said I need a good multi vitamin , as I am trying to diet, and he recommended a prenatal vitamin (made for pregnant women). I am not pregnant, but those vitamins contain all you need to support your body's good nutrition. The doctor also told me generic vitamins are fine, so I would assume that all brands are equal.

The BEST thing to do with vitamins is research. GNC has soem good and some bad products. They are also very expensive. bodybuilding.com and dpsnutrition.com are great for prices and have excellent products. The first carries almost everything you can think of!

By husband bought some vitamins from GNC and started getting anxiety attacks. But he called the manufacturer and they gave him his money back.

some do some dont....just the people that work there...they are usually very helpful...and they will be honest with you about what works and what doesn't!
